6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

ResumePilot AI may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

• Six-month subscription
• Yearly subscription

The applicable subscription price, billing period, duration, and available features will be displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions continue and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the rules of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

7. Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you purchase a ResumePilot AI subscription through Apple's App Store, payment will be charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules before the applicable renewal date.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store using the subscription settings associated with your Apple Account.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processing for purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled according to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

9. Google Play Subscriptions

Where a subscription is purchased through Google Play, billing, subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refunds are handled according to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription using the subscription management options provided by the platform through which you purchased it.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal. Access to subscription features may continue until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, subject to the rules of the platform through which you purchased it.

Refunds are subject to the applicable payment provider's policies and any rights you may have under applicable law.

You agree not to misuse ResumePilot AI or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
